12 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This is to allow the opportunity for someone else to schedule in that time slot. If you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice your account will be charged 50% of the scheduled fee. This amount will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file for you. If you do not have a current credit card on file, this amount must be paid prior to booking a future appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any upcoming appointments if your account has a balance due.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” All "no-show's" will be charged full price for the missed appointment. If you have pre-paid sessions, one will be deducted from your total.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Any product may be returned or exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in resell-able condition. For those who purchase any of our service packages (ie. Infrared sauna, body wraps, Endermologie, etc.) refunds will only be granted up to 3 days after purchase. After that, your package can be converted to another service at Atlas Bodyworks or gifted away. Any refunds or conversions will be reverted to the per session cost and any additional fees, products or materials that may have been included will be deducted to determine the residual value of your package.
